Egg Roll Soup

Hey guys. It’s that time of day again. That time where I start asking you, what’s for dinner?

I get so tired of eating the same thing all the time, but I also hate figuring out what to cook when I’m feeling uninspired. I think that’s why I scroll Instagram and Pinterest so often. That’s where I find great ideas, like this Egg Roll Soup.

I did change the recipe up a little bit. I used low sodium chicken broth, and added 1/3 cup of soy sauce to balance the sesame oil. I couldn’t find won ton wrappers, so I topped the soup with crunchy chow mein noodles. Finally, I served this soup along side pot stickers for a finished meal.
